  • 2 cups of olive oil (200 ml)
  • Beef nut gîte (2 kg)
  • 6 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (90 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (60 m)
  • 10 small scoops of allspice
  • 3 large sprigs of green onion

Preparation

  • First, you need a large tray where the heel piece can fit (you can cut it into two parts).
  • Then cut all the ingredients into small pieces: onions, green onion, garlic and peppers.
