Do you suffer from irritated armpits? Don’t like the aromas of store-bought deodorants? Or do you want to put chemicals aside for your beauty? Good news: you can learn the best recipes for making natural deodorant yourself at home.  Anti perspirant , homemade, natural and very economical!

Side effects of using chemical deodorants

Deodorant is a cosmetic product used by both men and women. To date, many studies have been carried out on it. We consumers use this kind of product without really knowing what problems they could cause.

We can cite for example the damage they cause on our skin. Most brands use aluminum hydrochloride, commonly known as “aluminum salts”.

This chemical coats our pores and therefore prevents them from breathing because they block sweat. Obviously, many then think: “Yes, that’s the very role of deodorant”.

The problem is, it directly interrupts our body’s natural temperature regulation process. This therefore prevents our body from working as it should. Some areas need to be cooled, and when this is not done, problems can arise.

On the other hand, some studies show that frequent use of anti-sweat products can cause breast cancer. Indeed, the substances of these products penetrate into the skin and then settle in our chest, very close to the armpits.

You may find yourself that some deodorants are really bad for our body. Indeed, if you stop using it for a day, your body odor may be worse than before!

This is because the substances in the product are “stuck” in your armpits, and so are your clothes. You have two options: start buying deodorants without aluminum salts, or prepare your own antiperspirants at home.
