If you already have corns, buy a pumice stone and use it carefully so you don’t hurt yourself. It is always best to use it when you get out of your shower, as the skin is softer and more pliable.

1. The onion, an ally to treat corns on the feet

  • ½ onion

Application

  •  Cut the onion in half and rub it gently on the affected area. It is not necessary to rinse.
  • Try to get the onion juice well into the skin, then put on socks and get into bed.
  • Repeat this every night before bed.

2. Garlic and olive oil for the corns on the feet

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml)

Application

  • Crush the garlic clove, then mix the two ingredients.
  • Apply the mixture to the horn.

  • Repeat this every day until the horn disappears.

  • 1 handful of nettle stems and flowers

  • The process is the same as with nettle.
  • Apply the mixture every night before sleeping.

  • 1 fig

6. Sodium bicarbonate for corns on the feet

  • 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water (15 ml)

Application

  • Mix the two ingredients to obtain a paste.

  • Leave it on for 20 or 30 minutes and remove with lukewarm water. Then file, pass the pumice stone, and don’t forget to hydrate to finish.

7. Chamomile for corns on the feet

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of chamomile (60 ml)
  • 1 liter of boiling water

Application

  • Prepare a chamomile infusion.
  • Leave to rest for a few minutes, then place your feet in the basin, being careful not to burn yourself. This will soften your corns and you can then apply the pumice stone without problems.
  • As always, finish your treatment by applying a moisturizer.
